The soccer league was created about a year ago, with its program connecting six schools. Garfield, Cleveland, Lowell, Terry Redlin, Laura B. Anderson, and Hayward Elementary Schools all participated in the new league. Just this fall, the soccer league hosted its first neighborhood tournament that brought all the individual teams together.
